Once we get you booked and on the calendar we will talk about location. What do you love? Maybe its a special place or you just know you want trees or the ocean near or you need some suggestions. I have many places I know and love and can recommend, but I love to hear what you love and don’t love. We will plan to shoot during the golden hours of the day, an hour and a half or so after the sun rises or before the sun sets is usually the absolute best time for that beautiful golden light. I am a lover of that gorgeous natural light when the sun isn’t too harsh and all in our faces. I like that sun nice and low creating that beautiful glow it is just yummy and gorgeous. So along with the right time of day for shooting comes styling and wardrobe. This is KEY so lets work together with all of this. I coordinate around Mom, it is the easiest start. I want Mom’s comfortable and glowy. When this is set it is so easy to seal in the rest. I do the styling and get involved because it really just seals the deal for the perfect feel for your family session. I almost always bring a blanket or quilt to sit and cuddle up in. All that is needed from you and your family is to bring all that love with you and it all ties together for a magical and memorable family session with your people!
