It was a smoky smoky day out in the Bay Area and was super hazy and life has definitely been a little crazy in this year of Covid 19 and all the fires we have seen in the and just craziness. As a Livermore Lifestyle photographer and Family Photographer I get to branch out all over the Bay Area so I was really looking forward to getting in and taking a glimpse of Dylan and Emi’s life in their beautiful Oakland home. Lifestyle family sessions are so so much fun. To get to walk in someone’s home and experience a part of their love and their bit of chaos is so breathtaking and a great distraction of our own. I love the simplicity of these Lifestyle sessions from the clothes to be worn, plain and simple, and to not having to pose for the camera and to just be able to be and have fun.

That is exactly what the littles and Dylan and Emi got to do for their session. They told me they had not done any family photos since their beautiful daughter was born. I was honored to be the one to do this for them. They were referred by some other awesome Bay Area clients of mine from a Lifestyle Newborn session I had done back earlier this year. We picked a Sunday late morning after breakfast time to come to their beautiful home. This home is to die for. It is so modern and unique and had me making some new plans for my own home. My poor husband!!! Hahah. Emi had told me that Dylan actually has made a lot of the furniture in their home. The design and color and feel to everything was so nice and I loved it all instantly. It was so nice to experience their fun and play with the kiddos.
