I am a newborn photographer and love shooting newborns, it is my specialty and is super fun. I call it my art. I get to create so many elements for my studio newborn sessions and even my lifestyle newborn sessions in the studio. These are all done in Fremont at my besties gorgeous studio in Niles, CA. I am a livermore newborn and maternity photographer and I also shoot milestone sessions and shoot all over the San Francisco Bay Area, I shoot in home as well as the studio and even the outdoors. I have had clients in from all over the tri valley and all parts of the bay area. The studio has so many beautiful props, wraps, hats, blankets, plants and anything that you can probably think of that may belong in your newborn session, plenty of colors and things to design the perfect setup for some beautiful timeless images. I love using plants and organic styles, I shoot a little in natural light and some natural ish family posing to set up and styled posing with a studio light for baby’s posed images. I like to also have a bed set up for you and family to cuddle up on, this is also especially great when having older brother’s and sister’s who are still little and a little squirmy. I love to design and customize each setup, a lot of time I will come either early in the morning or the night before to get all set up and designed so we are ready to get baby all wrapped up and ready to shoot when you arrive. I have a variety of dresses for you to choose from wearing in all diff sizes. Some very dressy dresses and some are casual and neutral dresses that are perfect to wear for the family portion of the session if this is the package you choose. I also have toddler outfits for both girls and boys and also have some dresses to offer girls of most sizes. I suggest wearing simple neutrals and stay away from busy patterns and shirts and shirts with logos. For hubbies just keeping it simple and classic is easy, just a plain t shirt always works, whether its white black or grey it all looks great and is simple. This is all stuff we can talk over before the session. There is so many options and styles to add to your session if you choose.

So many people ask and wonder if they need to bring stuff or outfits for baby for the session, I have everything, and beyond. Props, tie backs, bonnets and wraps and outfits are all at the studio and there is very few things that I do not have. All to be highlighted in the prep portion here. If you have anything to bring or want to include in the pictures like an outfit or a blanket please let me know prior to day of so I can try and plan to fit it in. If you have ideas or poses that you would like I cannot promise any pose. Baby is boss of the session most times, I can do my best to recreate the stuff you see on my website but no promises there. If you have stuff you have seen done by other photographers I can look but again no promises. If you have a color you love please share. Most my setups are pretty neutral but I do like to add in a color if you are looking for some color or have a favorite.

The Day before our session:

Please make sure to give baby a bath, this ensures that babes hair isn’t to greasy and has a little fluff to their hair if they have hair. Please make sure to let me know if you want any specific colors as well the day before the session.

The Day of session:

• Dress babe in a easy on easy off outfit/Pjs Please no extra layers
• Give babe a full feed right before you leave for the studio
• Bring bottles if you have them for formula or pumped milk helps a ton with cluster feeding babies
• Paci’s – I understand you may or may not be using these they help so much, throw it away after use even, they just help as I am moving baby and wrapping and unwrapping and sometimes this just helps babe with calming and soothing.
• Bring burp rag to have handy
• Bring a receiving blanket on baby in car, I will use once I am undressing babe to wrap them
